Hi! My name is Becca Torzeski. I was born in Chicago, IL in 1996. I currently live and work in San Diego, CA. I make work that brings out the sublime in the mundane using found objects, painting, collage, and photography. My work includes magical portals, pop culture, and idyllic landscapes. I look back in time at certain eras, capturing fleeting moments, blurry flashes of good times — recycling my Tumblr reblogs of hearts, the reflecting rainbows of CDs, childhood ephemera, and anything that sparkles.

I grab all my hearts so I can relive those moments over and over… these fleeting moments are all we have.
